so after finally mustering the courage to see a doctor about this lump that basically set up camp in my side for six months, the doctor is like "congratulations, it's stage 3" like i just won a lottery i did not want to enter, and i could swear the receptionist was whispering "this is what happens when you ignore your problems, folks" while shoving paperwork in my face and i'm sitting there like okay, clearly i need a refund on this college degree that taught me nothing about adulting, but hey, at least i brought my anxiety along for the ride, yay me.
