i have not stepped outside in three weeks and sometimes i think about just rolling out of my apartment into the middle of the street just to feel something different, but then i remember the elevator has been broken for eight months and honestly i feel like a ghost in my own life.
so i went to the DMV to renew my license and after three hours in line they tell me my birth certificate is missing but then i find out they have it on file already - like really, is this the Hunger Games or a simple document check, cause i just wanted a picture where i don’t look like a raccoon who found coffee!

woke up today and just turned off my 6am alarm without even thinking, like what is the point of getting up when it feels like every contact in my phone is just a reminder of everyone i’ve lost touch with, like that one friend who moved away and never texted back, and now scrolling feels like a really lonely chore that just makes me realize i have nobody to call when i feel this way.
