i keep thinking about how i avoided going home for all those years and how now that i have to see her like this on a screen it feels so unreal and literally like i never even had the guts to be there when it mattered most. honestly, the guilt just sits there like a rock in my chest every day.

so today i realized that the packet of seeds i bought for my non-existent garden has more paperwork than my last job, like why do i need a warranty for a tomato plant?? i mean who is out here suing their vegetable for bad performance?? i can just imagine the courtroom scene and it honestly made my whole day feel less ridiculous.
