so there was this one time at a company meeting where i literally got up to present and my stomach just growled like a grizzly bear in front of everyone and then i froze and forgot every word i had rehearsed while everyone just stared at me and laughed but like, it felt like the longest minute of my life and i was SO embarrassed, i think i even blushed.
i thought for sure the whole thing would implode when i called to check on the pet adoption and instead they said the puppy was still available and what do you mean it just got approved and i really thought my heart was gonna drop. i can’t believe i get to pick him up tomorrow, like after everything, finally some GOOD news and my stomach is still doing cartwheels from the relief.
