Stories: just found out my coffee maker makes a better lawyer than i ever could. somehow …

so i told this person a wild story from when i was eleven and instead of responding like a normal human, they asked what i was wearing and now i feel like my entire childhood wardrobe is on trial like who cares, it was just oversized tees and colorful shorts, not the crime of the century.

i really thought i was gonna cry after that awful meeting but somehow it ended up being way better than i imagined and now i feel like a weight's been lifted off me like how did this even happen, i was so sure they would say no but they actually agreed to my idea and wow.

just found out my coffee maker makes a better lawyer than i ever could. somehow the judge believes its gurgling sounds over my sobs for justice, so now i am left here with an empty pot and a whole lot of bitterness.

woke up today feeling so disconnected — like scrolling through pictures of moments i wasn't part of, staring at my phone hoping to remember why i wanted to talk to someone in the first place. funny how a whole day can pass with all these thoughts swirling but no one to share them with.
