so i just sat in my one-bedroom apartment with the bare minimum of furniture and saw all my friends post about their amazing vacations and new cars while i am literally just hoping my paycheck covers rent this month, and it honestly hits differently when your boss is boasting about the yacht he just bought, like does he even see us down here grinding and barely making it by.
