woke up today and just turned off my 6am alarm without even thinking, like what is the point of getting up when it feels like every contact in my phone is just a reminder of everyone i’ve lost touch with, like that one friend who moved away and never texted back, and now scrolling feels like a really lonely chore that just makes me realize i have nobody to call when i feel this way.

i literally go to the park every weekend just to sit on a bench and watch families have picnics, sometimes i imagine joining them but then just leave because i do not want to be that awkward person. honestly, sometimes i just talk to myself because it feels less lonely than silence.
