So, I decided to try my hand at baking during lockdown because, you know, who doesn’t want a mini bakery in their kitchen, right? Fast forward three hours, and my “chocolate lava cake” looked more like a volcanic eruption. The only thing it successfully melted was my spirit. Not even the dog would touch it. But hey, at least I did learn a valuable life lesson: just because you can watch a YouTube tutorial doesn’t mean you should actually attempt it.
