I can’t stand how everyone acts like being busy is a badge of honor. It’s like the more overloaded your schedule is, the more people respect you. When did we start equating constant stress with success? Honestly, I’d rather have time to enjoy a cup of coffee without checking my phone every five minutes. We need to stop glorifying this hustle culture and start valuing actual downtime.

I recently realized that I dread small talk more than anything else. Every time I walk into a room full of people, my heart races, and I immediately search for the nearest exit. Instead of chatting about the weather or weekend plans, I’d rather dive into deep discussions about life, dreams, or even conspiracy theories. I guess I just crave real connections, but I end up avoiding social gatherings ...

It's like a competition—who can stress themselves out the most?
