Can we talk about how "quiet quitting" is basically just corporate speak for “I’m done pretending to care”? I mean, I show up, I do my job, and then I clock out like I'm running from a horror movie. And yet my boss acts like I'm in some secret competition for Employee of the Month. Like, buddy, I just want to make it to Friday without having to archive another Zoom call about 'synergy.' If I wanted this much stress, I’d just take up competitive juggling or something. How is this the new normal?
