ok but why are we fighting over which city has the best version of a dish like it’s a geopolitical crisis? i spent an hour arguing about this with someone who believes pineapple on pizza is a hate crime. we lost track of time and ended up in a dark alleyway where we both realized we hadn’t eaten all day. then we compromised on cold instant ramen, which, honestly, tasted like regret and lost dreams...

no because i finally decided to stop wearing my lucky socks that i’ve had since 2012. like, how can i even face the world without my faded pizza print giving me the confidence to tackle the day? i’ve basically thrown away my entire personality and replaced it with... nothing. guess i’ll just wing it from now on, armed with a questionable sense of spontaneity and the vague hope that fate has better fashion choices than me.
