i just got back from the grocery store after thinking i would forget everything i needed again, but i actually remembered to grab that random spice my recipe called for. the relief was unreal, but now i am just standing in my kitchen staring at my grocery haul like how did i actually do this today?
so i just spent 20 minutes hunting for my favorite mug which turned out to be in the microwave where i put it last night while cooking my ramen and i swear that mug could have been the one person in the family gatherings who's not also an active participant in my existential dread but here we are, full circle, and now it feels like a sitcom with the audience laughing at all the wrong moments.
