so i just found out my best friend died because of a FACEBOOK post and here i am wondering if my phone’s a time machine or a cruel joke because apparently, someone thought that was a great way to share life-altering news like it’s a SALE on avocado toast. i mean, who needs to call, right? it’s not like grief needs human contact, we can just scroll through emotional devastation now.
