so like, I just checked their social media again, even though I literally promised myself I wouldn't. and now I'm sitting here wondering how they can look so cool in every picture while I’m wearing pajamas that are literally older than some children I know.
it's not that i’m against having kids. it’s just that i can barely take care of my plants, which are all currently staged in a dramatic last stand for survival. when my mom asks when i’ll have kids, should i admit that my greatest parenting achievement is preventing my last succulent from turning to dust? or that i definitely can't multitask, and end up forgetting to water myself half the time?
