General: i just found this old receipt from a restaurant i never went to and now im stuck…

i cannot believe i just got off the phone and the test results are clean. i was dreading that call all week, thought it would destroy me like everything else but wow, guess sometimes things actually work out when you least expect it.

literally sat in my car just now staring at my contacts because i wanted to call someone but felt like a total ghost, it is so wild how you can be surrounded by people but still feel completely invisible, like i thought of her but then remembered that i let that friendship slip away. honestly it just feels easier to scroll and not press send, but every time i close the app i feel heavier.
