took my old car in for a new set of tires thinking it was the start of a downward spiral, like what else is gonna go wrong, but they told me it’s running better than ever, like what, really?? i was ready to panic but now i just feel like i dodged a huge bullet, who knew old reliable still had some life left.
just found out my favorite sweater got a hole in it from the last time i wore it. now every time i see it hanging there i just feel annoyed, like why can't i have anything nice without something ruining it
so my parents thought buying a second refrigerator for the garage would help with their "kitchen clutter" but really it is now a mausoleum for the leftovers they forgot existed while draining their entire life savings to keep my sibling supplied with gourmet frozen burritos like that will solve everything, i mean... why not add a hot tub and just float away from reality at this point, right?
