so i finally got through 45 minutes of waiting for my home care agency, only to find out that the lady on the phone had no idea who i was or what i was talking about and suggested i check my email for "updates" like that was going to help, but i don’t even get internet out here, like am i living in a bad sitcom or what, seriously why does nobody understand that i need a person to show up, not a vague suggestion wrapped in a fancy polite tone.
