just realized i’ve been rehearsing my reaction for when my neighbor finally sells their house and i can hear myself saying “oh my god, how amazing!” but honestly, part of me will be like, “sorry, house, but this is just so annoying.” like, how is it possible that a crumbling shack could fetch a fortune? i mean, literally, who do i need to bribe to get my own piece of that ridiculous dream?
