so I finally took the leap and entered that art show – the one I was convinced would make me question every decision I ever made. but it turned out my piece resonated with people, and I actually sold it! like, what even just happened.
so i spent an entire weekend trying to bake the perfect sourdough loaf literally following some artisan's video only for it to come out looking like a pancake with a personality crisis and now the only thing rising in my life is my disappointment and also my blood pressure from all the yeast drama, i should honestly just give up and open a bag of store-bought bread and call it a day.
