just realized my neighbor who leaves their Christmas lights up all year got a promotion and now they oversee all neighborhood associations. they’ll be the ones regulating my grass length and I still can't figure out why they thought candy cane lights in July was a good idea. like, we are literally living in a holiday romcom, but the bad kind.
