spent the whole day wandering around with no real purpose, just avoiding the shelter until 8pm. sat on a park bench and someone tossed a dollar my way and i felt so grateful but then realized that does not solve anything, just felt like a reminder of how little i have, how little i am.

just found out i still have that old poetry book where my high school self thought writing about existential dread would fix my trauma, like a personal therapy session written in verse, and now i laugh because i guess it just helped me avoid actual therapy for longer.
