just realized I’ve been on autopilot for like the last 3 months with my workouts, ngl it’s kinda scary?? like I was all about the gym, meal prepped like a beast, but then one lazy Sunday turned into three months of takeout and 20-hour gaming sessions. idk how it happened but I really need to snap out of this before I turn into a potato—who knew my couch could become such a comfy prison?!
