why did i agree to hang out with people from work tomorrow? they are all getting promoted and buying houses while i still live in my tiny studio with peeling paint and a salary that barely covers rent.
couldn't sleep last night because i keep thinking about how i awkwardly waved at a stranger in 2016 thinking they were my friend and they just looked confused and i wanted to disappear but it still pops up in my mind at the worst times like now when i should be sleeping.
just got back from the emergency room for these chest pains and when they asked for my emergency contact, i froze because honestly the only contact i could think of was my gym buddy who probably thinks i am overreacting and might even just ghost me now like that time i asked for a spot and got told to just work on my form instead. five years here and it is wild to think i could potentially have a heart attack alone and all i have is a guy who thinks my deadlift technique is more important than my actual LIFE.
